He is shown to the right speaking to government and scientific officials on the 15th anniversary of the founding of United States China Foundation (USCF). Frater Gene is an internationally known ophthalmologist who, with his programmer Hank Dean, has developed software that places into the hands of anyone with a computer the time-tested and proven tangent-screen for screening, diagnosing and following blind-spots.
