The Kansas City RLC kicked-off the month with more than 180 attendees. This past weekend, the Greg & Cay Woodson RLC in San Francisco and Indianapolis RLC saw record numbers as well. Frater Survives Japan Quake, Walks 20 Hours to find Girlfriendtkeogc@tke.org (Tau Kappa Epsilon)2011-03-15KUJI, Japan - Frater and Franklin College graduate Zach Branham (Rho-Upsilon) moved to Japan last summer to teach English. He was in Kuji, a town a few hours north of Tokyo, when the quake measured at 8.9 on the Richter Scale hit. Frater Branham made it through the quake but had no idea if his girlfriend Georgia, who was at a coastal town four miles away, also survived. Determined to locate her, Branham traveled by foot for 20 hours through impassable roads until he finally found his girlfriend.Read full artical

Fraters Step-uptkeogc@tke.org (Tau Kappa Epsilon)2011-08-16Tragedy struck the city of Indianapolis August 13th when a storm caused a concert stage to collapse at the Indiana State Fairgrounds during the annual State Fair. Out of the crowd, two Fraters who were standing within feet of the destruction moved quickly away from the falling stage, and then ran back to aid those injured.
